On October 30, 2023, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer.
On December 3rd, 2023, I meditated on Psalm 23 verse 4 which states:
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil;
For You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me."
From then on, I started making Psalm 23 coloring books to comfort my soul.
I hope that your soul is comforted as you learn about your Savior, Jesus Christ, in the video I have posted below.
A Brief History of My Cancer Diagnosis
The first surgical pathology exam revealed that cancer was found in one of the samples from my biopsy.
The Lab results from the first biopsy were confirmed by another evaluation of the tissue samples for a second opinion from another urologist.
An MRI examination confirmed that cancer was found in the same area and possibly a new area of my prostate gland.
Another biopsy was performed and no cancer was found. I was healed by Jesus. Thank you Lord!
MRI REPORT
1. No significant change in known 0.6 cm lesion in the left posterior medial
peripheral zone, mid gland (imaging characteristics most consistent with PI-RADS 3).
2. Chronic findings including sequelae of prostatitis and benign prostatic
hypertrophy.
Narrative
Examination: MRI pelvis without/with contrast, per prostate protocol.
Clinical Indication: Known prostate cancer, on active surveillance. Biopsy from
11/17/2023 showed Gleason 3+3 adenocarcinoma in the right apex, with perineural
invasion. Subsequent biopsy on 02/01/2024 showed benign prostatic tissue on all
samples.
MRI REPORT
1. No significant change in size of a 0.6 left prostate peripheral zone lesion, most consistent with PI-RADS 3, which means that the presence of clinically significant cancer is equivocal, meaning open to more than one interpretation.
2. No new discrete prostate lesion identified by MRI.
3. Chronic findings of BPH and prostatitis.
I thank all of the people who prayed with me and prayed for me including my Pastor, Brady Coleman, and his wife Cola Coleman.
